DegenCity promo code and coupon code: what exists
The short, honest answer
Type "degen city" into Google from New Zealand and the suggestions fill up fast: degen city coupon code, degencity promo code, degen city codes, degencity casino codes. Most casinos put a welcome bonus behind a code field, so players assume DegenCity does too.
It doesn't. At the time of writing, DegenCity has no public promo code, no coupon code and no code field that unlocks a bigger welcome deal. The welcome offer is switched on automatically when you register and make a first deposit.
Straight answer
There is no DegenCity casino coupon code that adds money to a new account. If a site prints a "secret" code for DegenCity next to a huge match bonus, the offer is not one the casino runs. This guide will never invent a code, and you should be wary of any page that does.
So what are people actually finding when they search for degencity casino codes? Usually the automatic 10% cashback (no code), a referral code shared by a streamer or partner, or an expired promo from elsewhere. For the bigger picture of the casino itself, start with the DegenCity guide home page.
The welcome offer: 7-Day 10% Cashback
Full terms and a worked example
The DegenCity welcome offer is the 7-Day 10% Cashback. For the first seven days after you register, the casino tracks your net losses on slots and returns 10% of them. It runs on top of instant rakeback, which starts with your very first bet. Here are the conditions as the promo page lists them:
- 10% of net slot losses: what you lost on slots minus what you won on slots.
- First 7 days after registration: the clock starts when the account is created, not when you deposit, so a late first deposit shortens your window.
- At least one deposit is required. Playing only with rakeback or other rewards does not unlock it.
- Excluded: Live Games, Game Shows and Bonus Buys. Losses there do not count.
- Max $5 per spin counts: the stake that counts towards the cashback is capped at $5 a spin.
- Automatic, no code: there is nothing to enter at sign-up or in the cashier.
A worked example in dollars
Say you deposit in BTC and play slots at $1 to $2 a spin during your first week. When it closes, you have $650 lost on losing sessions and $450 won back on winning ones. Your net slot loss is $200, so the cashback is 10% of $200 = $20.
Another $80 lost on live blackjack that week changes nothing, because Live Games are excluded; the same goes for Bonus Buys. And if you finish the week ahead on slots, there is no net loss and therefore no cashback: the offer softens a losing week, it does not pay you for a winning one.
| Week-one slot result | Net slot loss | Cashback (10%) |
|---|---|---|
| Lost $650, won $450 | $200 | $20 |
| Lost $300, won $300 | $0 | $0 |
| Lost $1,200, won $400 | $800 | $80 |
| Won more than you lost | none | $0 |
The promo page we read lists no playthrough on the cashback, but terms change: check the current version in your account.

DegenCity no deposit bonus and sign up bonus
Neither exists in the classic form
Two more searches come up all the time: degencity no deposit bonus and degencity casino no deposit bonus. DegenCity does not run a no-deposit bonus: no free balance on sign-up and no code that unlocks one. The cashback needs at least one deposit.
The same applies to the degencity sign up bonus in the classic sense. DegenCity does not match deposits at all. Signing up gets you the 10% cashback window, rakeback and a reward ladder that grows as you play.
- No deposit matchYour first deposit is not doubled. You play with exactly what you sent.
- No free cashNothing is credited before a deposit. A no-deposit code does not exist here.
- Cashback instead10% of net slot losses in week one, plus rakeback from bet one.
A match bonus looks bigger on paper but usually locks your balance behind heavy wagering. Cashback with no code is smaller and simpler, and it suits players who like to withdraw whenever they want.
DegenCity free spins: how they really work
Provider promos, not a sign-up gift
Searches for degencity free spins and a degen city free spins code are just as common. Free spins at DegenCity are not a sign-up gift and there is no free spins code. Where they do appear is in provider promotions run inside specific games, and one is live right now.
Pragmatic Wicked Wins runs from 28 October to 1 November 2026 with a prize pool of up to €1,000,000 across participating Pragmatic Play slots. As you play, you collect symbols; a full collection opens a chest that can hold a multiplier of up to 1,000× or a batch of free spins. You don't enter a code to join; playing the eligible games is enough.
This is a provider promo, so its prizes and rules come from Pragmatic Play, and the pool is shown in euros even though DegenCity displays balances in $. It ends on 1 November 2026.

Rakeback, weekly, monthly and rank-up bonuses
What replaces a deposit bonus
After the first week, the cashback ends and the reward system takes over. Instant rakeback returns a slice of the house edge on every bet as you place it.
Every bet also earns XP. The formula is bet × house edge ÷ 1%, so $1 on Blackjack (1% edge) earns 1 XP, while $1 on Sweet Bonanza (3.5% edge) earns 3.5 XP. At 1,000 XP you reach Chiplet, the first rank, which opens the weekly bonus, the monthly bonus and the rank-up bonus. From Hustler up there is a VIP host.
None of these needs a code either. The full ladder from Chiplet to Ace, how XP is counted and how VIP Transfer from another casino works are all on our DegenCity VIP and rakeback page.
Rakeback on every bet from day one
Runs alongside the 10% cashback, then grows with weekly, monthly and rank-up bonuses. 18+.
Degen Leaderboard: $10,000 weekly, $1,000 daily
The Degen Leaderboard is the other promotion open to every player. The weekly board pays out a $10,000 pool, with $2,500 for first place, and resets on Friday at 00:00 AEST. The daily board has a $1,000 pool and resets every day at 00:00 AEST.
Slots, DegenCity Originals and sports bets all count. Points are worked out as bet × (edge ÷ 0.035).
The resets run on Australian Eastern Standard Time. Midnight AEST is 2:00 am in New Zealand under NZ standard time and 3:00 am during NZ daylight time (2:00 am if the casino means Sydney clock time), so the weekly board closes in the early hours of Friday. Trust the countdown on the leaderboard page.
Leaderboards reward volume; don't raise your stakes just to chase a position. Points, prizes and reset times in detail: DegenCity leaderboard on our VIP page.

Degen City referral code: who it helps
10% commission for the referrer
A degen city referral code, or a degencity casino referral code, is the one kind of code that is real here. It just works differently from what most people expect. DegenCity runs its own referral and affiliate programme: every player can create a custom affiliate code, share it, and earn a 10% commission on the bets of the players who sign up with it.
That means a referral code benefits the person who shares it. Using a streamer's or partner's code links your account to them; as far as the product shows, your welcome stays the same 10% cashback plus rakeback.
- Where codes come from: streamers, community partners and affiliate sites. DegenCity is active on Kick, Discord, Telegram, X, Instagram, Threads and TikTok.
- What they do: tie your account to the referrer so they earn their commission.
- What they don't do: unlock a deposit match, free spins or a no-deposit balance.
- Your own code: once you have an account, you can make one and earn 10% on your referrals' bets.
This guide doesn't hand out referral codes. Use a creator's code if you want to support them; otherwise sign up without one and lose nothing.

Offshore casino, 18+, play within limits
DegenCity is an offshore casino. It holds no New Zealand licence. The Gambling Act 2003 restricts advertising of overseas gambling here, and New Zealand is moving towards its own licensed online casinos. This is not legal advice. What is the DegenCity sign up bonus?

Are DegenCity codes from other websites safe to use?
Be careful. A referral code from a streamer you know is fine, but any page promising a large DegenCity deposit match or free cash for a code is describing an offer the casino does not run.
